  1. Before each meal drink a glass of water!

  4. Don't drink sugary drinks and avoid chocolate!

  5. Avoid ready cooked foods and try to prepare the meals yourself!

  6. Eat low fat foods.

  7. Don't drink too much alcohol!

  8. Try to exercise at least 30 minutes every second day
